There are certain individuals who have bad experiences as a child. These people may have become victims of bullying either physically, verbally or both. Because of such experiences, their self esteem may much lower than it could be.
Sometimes it’s genetics and people are born with smaller frames. That’s OK because with my training, no matter what type of body you have, you can build it. Don’t be one of those people that disqualifies themselves before they even try something. Certainly, just the look of a body builder is intimidating enough to make them untouchable. Nobody would dare pick a fight with someone bulky. And even if they get into an argument, the kind of strength training that body builders go through can help make them quite capable of defending themselves. Most people simply want to achieve a better look. They recognize the way a crowd reacts to extremely masculine bodies. And they want the same for themselves.

There are people too who become extremely shy because they are heavier. They recognize that by being healthy, shaping up and becoming a body builder, they will be able to gain confidence. And indeed, body building is a very effective way to lose weight, but with guidance because it can actually be dangerous to just ‘wing it’ when it comes to either losing weight or body building.
